If you would like to delete your Tether account and associated cloud data, email zach.lyons24@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please include:
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete the cloud account data associated with your Tether account, including synced profile information, synced journal data, synced AI conversation history, synced saved scans, and other synced app data tied to your account.
We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, or billing purposes.
We aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days.
You can also delete certain data directly inside the app from Settings, including clearing journal data or clearing all app data on your device.
